Senior Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Specialist - Healthcare Sector
Introduction
We are currently looking for an experienced and insightful Senior Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Specialist to enhance our digital marketing efforts within the healthcare sector. You will have extensive experience in optimising websites and digital campaigns to improve user experience and increase conversion rates. You will have a strategic and analytical approach to problem-solving, along with an expert-level understanding of user behaviour analytics and A/B testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive CRO strategies to enhance user engagement and conversion rates across digital platforms.
- Conduct rigorous A/B and multivariate testing to derive data-driven insights for website and campaign optimisation.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to refine website architecture, landing pages, and overall user journey.
- Analyse user behaviour, conversion data, and customer journeys to pinpoint areas for improvement.
- Utilise tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, Optimizely, etc., to track and report on performance metrics.
- Develop and manage the CRO roadmap, prioritising projects based on potential business impact.
- Provide expert advice and insights on digital best practices, keeping up-to-date with industry trends and technological advances.
- Generate and present regular reports to stakeholders detailing test results, insights, and recommendations for future optimisation strategies.
- Mentor junior team members, encouraging a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience in a dedicated CRO role, with a proven track record of enhancing conversion rates.
- Strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem, including SEO, PPC, content marketing, and data analysis.
- Proficient with analytical and testing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, Optimizely, VWO).
- Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and project management skills.
- Outstanding communication skills, capable of explaining complex data insights in clear terms.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with user psychology and behavioural economics.
- Knowledge of compliance and privacy regulations relevant to digital data in the healthcare sector.
Salary
£50,000 - £55,000
