Role Overview:
As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our product strategy and execution. You will assist in the development and enhancement of existing and new products, ensuring we deliver the highest value to our patients and stakeholders. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to learn, thrives under pressure, loves a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about making a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enabling Full Product Development Lifecycle: Managing valuable build delivery, from the point of discovery to deployment with our product delivery team.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Support communication between cross-functional teams, acting as the voice of the business and our patients.
- Agile Development: Actively participate in the agile development process, managing Jira requirements with continuous value and velocity focus.
- Innovating: Collaborate with the design and engineering to discover and refine innovative and impactful solutions.
- Impact & ROI: Help prioritise tasks and projects that deliver the highest impact and return on investment.

- Experience: Experience in a product management role.
- Quick Learner: Ability to quickly understand complex concepts and systems.
- Passion: A genuine passion for making a difference for patients and in the healthcare industry.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and demands.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at various levels.

- Technical Acumen: Have enough technical understanding to insightfully contribute to technical solution conversations.

Salary: £42,000 - £50,0000
