We’re looking for a Graduate PPC Specialist who is based within a commutable distance to our office in Glasgow to join our growing marketing team! In this role, you’ll be managing paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and social media, helping us reach new audiences and drive user acquisition. You’ll work closely with our broader marketing team, learning how to integrate PPC with SEO, content, and email strategies, while keeping an eye on campaign performance and budget. What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be responsible for developing and executing paid marketing campaigns across a variety of platforms. This includes running Google Ads and social media ads to help us break into new markets. You’ll get the chance to analyse market trends and consumer behaviour, using data to optimise campaigns and boost ROI.
You’ll also work closely with the wider marketing team to ensure that our paid strategies align with our SEO, content marketing, and email efforts. Your role will include managing campaign budgets and timelines, making sure everything is delivered efficiently and effectively. Plus, you’ll be staying on top of the latest digital marketing trends and tools, always looking for ways to improve campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute paid marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, social media ads, and other PPC channels.
- Analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to find new opportunities for growth and improve campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid strategies with SEO, content marketing, and email marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and report on the performance of paid campaigns, using data to drive decisions and optimise ROI.
- Manage campaign budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest tools and trends in digital marketing, applying best practices to enhance campaign success.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Couple of years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in paid advertising and PPC campaigns.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other paid marketing platforms.
- Analytical mindset, with experience using tools like Google Analytics and Excel to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a genuine passion for digital marketing.

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000
