Product Analyst
Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Product Analyst to own and drive product improvements focused on browser and device performance. As part of our small, agile product team, you will use data analysis and insights to evaluate and improve the performance of our products and services and have significant ownership over all aspects related to optimizing conversion rates across different platforms. Your analytical expertise and strategic insights will be instrumental in enhancing the user experience and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own Product Improvements: Take full ownership of all product enhancements and changes related to browser and device performance, ensuring seamless user experiences across all platforms.
- Analyse User Behaviour: Leverage analytics tools to monitor and dissect user behaviour across various devices, browsers, and operating systems. Identify patterns and actionable insights that can directly improve conversion rates.
- Lead A/B Testing: Design, execute, and analyse A/B tests for key product features. Determine the most effective strategies for improving conversions and make data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with UX designers, developers, and marketing teams to implement and refine product features based on your analysis. Act as the go-to expert on conversion optimisation within the product team.
- Reporting & Insights: Regularly report on conversion metrics, test outcomes, and trends. Provide actionable recommendations to the product development team and senior management to inform product strategy.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices in conversion optimisation and user experience. Proactively suggest and implement ongoing improvements to the product.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate findings, strategies, and progress effectively to stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals and outcomes.
- Deep dive into product data to improve conversion rates as it relates to browser and device, testing and optimisation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: In an analytical role, with a focus on conversion rate optimisation, preferably within a product or marketing team.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tag Manager, MS Clarity) and A/B testing platforms (e.g., VWO).
- Analytical Expertise: Strong ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate large amounts of data with precision and clarity.
- Communication Skills: Excellent ability to present complex data and insights in a clear, understandable manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: A proactive problem-solver with a strong ability to implement effective solutions that enhance user experience and drive conversions.

Technical skills: data analysis, data visualisation, statistical analysis, and technical tools.
Skills:
- Previous experience as a Product Analyst
- Fluent in SQL
- Familiarity with dbt
- Experience with a visualisation tool such as Looker, Tableau or PowerBI
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000
Basics you can expect:
