Head of Performance Marketing
About the Role
Are you a strategic, data-driven marketing leader with a passion for growth and maximising ROI? We’re looking for an experienced Head of Performance Marketing to shape and execute high-impact strategies across all digital channels. In this critical role, you’ll drive the performance marketing efforts that fuel our company’s growth, leveraging data analytics to inform decisions, and optimising the balance of Lifetime Value (LTV) to Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) to boost profitability.
As our Head of Performance Marketing, you’ll lead initiatives across SEM, SEO, PPC, affiliate marketing, social media, and email, managing budgets and deploying best-in-class marketing techniques. This is an opportunity to make a real impact, leading a talented team and collaborating across departments to align marketing with broader business goals.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll develop and implement a comprehensive performance marketing strategy, managing budgets across all digital channels to achieve efficient CAC and high ROI. Using data visualisation tools like Looker, you’ll analyse key metrics—including LTV/CAC ratios—and provide actionable insights to optimise performance. Leading and mentoring the performance marketing team, you’ll ensure excellence in execution, innovation, and strategic alignment with company objectives.
You’ll also stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies, continuously improving marketing automation, and lead nurturing processes to drive impactful engagement through email, content, and social channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Build and execute a robust performance marketing strategy across SEM, SEO, PPC, affiliate marketing, social media, email, and content channels.
- Budget Management: Oversee budgets and campaigns to drive high ROI and efficient CAC.

- Market Awareness: Keep up with industry trends and competitor strategies to maintain our competitive edge.
- Marketing Automation: Optimise automation and lead nurturing for enhanced engagement across email, content, and social channels.
