The Role
As our dedicated Internal Recruiter, you’ll play a pivotal role in evolving our recruitment function. Working closely with our HR team, you’ll lead end-to-end recruitment processes, enhancing our employer brand, and developing a proactive talent pipeline. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves connecting with people, and is ready to make a significant impact on our growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Recruitment Volume: Take charge of our hiring needs with a focus on delivering timely and efficient end-to-end recruitment a number of roles every month.
- Enhance Employer Branding: Act as a brand ambassador by showcasing our culture, values, and work environment to attract top talent.
- Build a Talent Pipeline: Develop relationships with potential candidates, ensuring we’re prepared for upcoming roles and high-demand positions.
- Revamp Employee Referral Program: Lead initiatives to incentivise and optimise our referral program, leveraging our team’s networks to attract culturally aligned candidates.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within an in-house setting or an agency environment.
- Experience recruiting roles within Technology and Marketing.
- Strong understanding of employer branding and talent pipeline strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, people-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work autonomously, with a focus on delivering results and optimizing recruitment processes.

Salary - £30,000 - £40,000
