About the Role
We’re looking for a highly motivated CRM Executive to join our fast-growing CRM & Lifecycle Marketing team. This is an ideal role for someone with a passion for email marketing, customer engagement, and data-driven decision making.
In this role, you’ll support the planning, creation, and optimisation of CRM campaigns across email, SMS and direct mail. Working closely with the wider marketing, product, and analytics teams, you’ll help deliver lifecycle communications that improve customer retention, engagement, and overall experience.
This role is perfect for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to develop hands-on skills in CRM platforms and marketing automation.
What You’ll Be Doing
As our CRM Executive, you’ll support the full lifecycle of CRM activity, from campaign setup to reporting and optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution
- Build, test, and deploy CRM campaigns across email, SMS & direct mail.
- Assist in creating automated customer journeys such as onboarding, reorder, anti-churn & win-back flows.
- Ensure campaigns are accurately targeted and delivered on time.
Platform Management
- Work with CRM and data tools such as Braze, Mailjet & Looker.
- Create and/or maintain customer segments, lists, suppression groups, and subscription preferences.
- Support A/B testing across subject lines, content, segmentation, and send times.
Data & Analytics
- Use analytics tools, marketing platforms and CRM dashboards to monitor campaign performance.
- Track and report on KPIs such as open rate, click-through rate, conversion rate, and revenue.
- Help deliver regular performance reports to the wider team.
- Use Excel for analysis, segmentation, and QA.
Content & Collaboration
- Work with content, design, clinical, and marketing teams to ensure CRM content is consistent, compliant and brand-aligned.
- Support ad-hoc tasks such as copy updates, basic image amendments, and campaign QA.
Testing & Optimisation
- Contribute ideas for improving customer journeys using data and insights.
- Participate in building and maintaining a structured testing roadmap.
- Review campaign results and share learnings that can help improve performance.
What We’re Looking For
Technical Skills & Experience
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience using email marketing or CRM platforms such as:
- Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Braze, HubSpot, or similar.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data.
- Good working knowledge of Excel (vlookups, pivot tables are a plus).
- An understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and basic segmentation principles.
- Familiarity with HTML for email editing is beneficial but not required.
Soft Skills & Working Style
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- A proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong written communication skills and an interest in copy/email content.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with design, content, clinical, and data teams.
- A multi-lingual candidate would be a bonus, but is not required.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with A/B testing.
- Exposure to analytics tools or dashboards (GA4, Looker Studio).
