We’re looking for a reliable and detail-focused Warehouse Assistant to join our packing team in our busy digital pharmacy warehouse.

Your main responsibility will be to pack patient orders that have already been dispensed and accuracy-checked, making sure every parcel is secure, complete, and ready for safe dispatch to patients.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, follows processes carefully, and understands the importance of accuracy and patient safety in a healthcare environment.

Please note this is a Monday-Friday position, 9-6pm (40 hours per week)

Salary: £26,208 increasing to £27,979

What you'lll be doing:

• Pack and prepare patient medication orders in line with SOPs, selecting appropriate packaging and cold-chain materials where required.

• Complete order and label accuracy checks, ensuring invoices, shipping labels, and all required items are correct before sealing parcels securely.

• Manage dispatch handling, placing parcels in the correct courier areas and maintaining a tidy, safe packing environment.

• Maintain quality, safety, and confidentiality standards, reporting any damaged or missing items immediately and never dispatching compromised goods.

• Adhere to compliance and process requirements, following site procedures and supporting accurate record-keeping and dispatch documentation.
  

What We’re Looking For:

• A reliable, punctual, and hardworking team player

• Strong attention to detail and a “do it right first time” mindset

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment

• Able to follow procedures and instructions accurately

• Good awareness of quality, safety, and confidentiality

• Previous warehouse or packing experience is helpful, but not essential (full training provided)
