Simple Online Doctor is on a mission to make healthcare more accessible through digital innovation. As we expand into Australia, we need someone who can build our paid marketing presence from scratch and drive real, measurable growth. This is a hands-on execution role, not a strategy-and-delegate one. If you love being in the accounts, testing, iterating and making things happen, this is for you.

What you'll be doing
You'll build Simple Online Doctor's paid social capability from the ground up, starting with Meta as the primary platform. That means developing creative testing frameworks, audience strategies and campaign structures that drive efficient customer acquisition, and expanding into platforms like TikTok, YouTube and Spotify as performance justifies it.
On paid search, you'll take direct ownership of Google Ads with the goal of maximising reach and performance within budget. You'll identify gaps in keyword coverage, bidding strategy and ad copy, and push the account toward saturation. You'll also explore channels like Bing PPC where there's incremental value to be had.
CRM and CRO are part of the mix too. You'll run structured experiments across key funnel entry points, execute CRM campaigns and automation sequences focused on retention and LTV, and document and scale what works.
Reporting sits with you. You'll use GA4 and Looker Studio to track performance, monitor CAC, LTV and conversion rates, and flag underperformance early with recommendations attached. You'll work closely with the Market and Clinical Strategy Lead and the Chief Growth Officer, and collaborate across product, SEO, CRO and operations to keep messaging and timing aligned.
What we're looking for
You'll have extensive hands on performance marketing experience, with a strong focus on paid social and paid search. You're proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and GA4, and you've built and scaled paid social campaigns before, ideally from a low-volume or early-stage starting point. Familiarity with Braze or similar CRM platforms and Looker Studio for reporting is a bonus.
You're data-driven and structured in your approach. You test, measure and iterate rather than relying on instinct alone. You're comfortable moving quickly across functions, and you're ambitious enough to want to grow into a more senior role.
Understanding of the Australian market and its digital media landscape is important. Experience in healthcare, wellness or a regulated industry is beneficial but not essential. You'll need to be comfortable working within compliance and clinical guidelines when developing creative and campaign strategy.
What success looks like
Within 12 months, you'll have reduced blended CAC by at least 20% while maintaining volume and LTV. You'll have increased funnel conversion rates across paid channels by 10% through structured testing, and contributed to CRM and CRO experiments that improve retention metrics by 10 to 15%. Within six months, you'll have improved ad creative CVR by 25% through a paid social testing roadmap. Within the first 90 days, paid social will be live and contributing as an acquisition channel.
